I. Trusting the God Who Delays
John 11:1–7 — Jesus loved them, yet He delayed.
Sometimes God’s timing feels painful, but it’s purposeful.
Key Thought: God’s delay is not His denial.
Reflection Question: Have you ever felt like God was late?
II. Trusting the God Who Gives Life Through Death
John 11:17–26 — “I am the resurrection and the life.”
Jesus doesn’t just promise resurrection—He is resurrection.
Key Thought: Death doesn’t get the final word—Jesus does.
Reflection Question: What does it mean to trust God when everything looks hopeless?
III. Trusting the God Who Weeps
John 11:33–34, 11:37 — Jesus was deeply moved and wept.
God is not distant from our pain—He enters into it.
Key Thought: Only our God has scars.
Reflection Question: What grief are you carrying that you need to bring to Jesus?
IV. Trusting the God Who Calls Us Out
John 11:40, 11:42–44 — “Lazarus, come out!”
Jesus speaks life into what seems permanently lost.
Key Thought: He still calls us out of the tomb.
Reflection Question: What part of your life needs resurrection?
V. Trusting the God Who Sees the Bigger Story
John 11:49–52 — God’s plan was bigger than they realized.
Even in grief, God is working redemption.
Key Thought: Trust means believing God is doing more than we can see.
Reflection Question: Where do you need to trust God’s bigger story?
